a word from our FOUNDER AND CEO

why i created level up

After more than 20 years working in the travel industry and a lifetime spent participating in sport, I founded Level Up Sports Tours to combine two things I am passionate about: creating memorable travel experiences and helping more women and girls enjoy the benefits of sport.

What started as a women’s netball tournament in Barcelona in 2023 has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined.

Since then, Level Up has evolved into a growing portfolio of tournaments, sports tours and corporate wellness experiences across Spain, Europe and globally. Along the way, we’ve welcomed teams from different countries, expanded into new sports and had the privilege of bringing together women from all walks of life through a shared love of sport.

As the company continues to grow, so does our vision. In addition to our women’s tournaments and wellness events, we are increasingly developing opportunities for girls, schools and academy teams to travel, compete and experience sport in new environments. Whether it’s a grassroots team enjoying their first overseas tournament or a young player stepping into a professional academy setting, we believe sport has the power to build confidence, resilience and ambition that extends far beyond the pitch.

At Level Up, we believe sport is about far more than winning. It creates friendships, broadens horizons and brings people together in a way few other things can. Whether you’re joining us for a tournament weekend, a school sports tour, or a corporate wellness event, our goal is simple: to create experiences that leave people feeling stronger, more connected and inspired long after the final whistle.

Working alongside professional academies and elite facilities in Spain, we create bespoke tours for girls' teams looking to experience football in a new environment. TODAY, OUR VISION IS MUCH BIGGER

When I started Level Up in 2023, I simply wanted to create fun sporting experiences for women.

Today, our vision is much bigger.

We want Level Up to become the first place women, girls, schools, clubs and academies think of when looking for sports tours, tournaments and wellbeing experiences.

Most importantly, we want every participant to leave feeling more confident, more connected and proud of what they have achieved.

If, in the future, we can help create more opportunities for girls around the world to access sport, then that would be the ultimate success story.
